By default, user and password are:
user: root
password: dreambox
But it's rare to be able to get the access by putting default values, because obviously most users change default values setting a username and a password of their own choice

first you just need to scan port 8001 when it find ip try it and you will se if is DM or not but 90% is DM Ip

So probaly he is holiday or doesnt use the box anymore.
C LINE Many people buy c line but its for a year
So if the box is broken or doesnt work they still paided voor cline
So thats your luck (.now mine) that the ip are not used or dreambox
Watch the ip day by day and see how manytimes he is on

I cant find usa ( for me it doesny work on use)

ok fine i can play uk channel guys!! but if is HD it is very buffering anyone can fix that ??

I think there's no way to fix this problem, because it depends on the upload speed source. It's very hard to find ips with decent upload speeds for HD channels. There are only a few of them available around...
Most of the fastest ips work well with SD channels, the quality of which is very nice anyway
