Llevo tiempo buscando el canal español Cine Español, que emite dentro de C+...si alguien pudiera conseguirlo se l o agradeceria, he visto algunos pero todos se quedan parados y no se oyen.
Busco uno que vaya fluido y que se pueda ver todos los dias; solo me interesa ese canal.

Try this one:
Notice: if you check the ip location, you will notice it is from Netherlands (Ziggo). It's not strange as it seems, because Dutch stb are the best to view Spanish channels. Scan Ziggo and UPC Netherlands, and you will surely find many other useful ips.
Besides, Dutch are among the most open-minded European users, as they generally don't have the habit of locking web interface with username and password.

Actually I found two methods to view all channels even with one tuner displaying the current channel.
The first is to enable zap stream and jump from one channel to another with WebTV (the web interface player), DreamStream or Enigma TV.
The second consists in forcing the tuner to stand-by (Power Control -> "Toggle Standby").
Notice: "Toggle Standby" is not to be confused with "Deepstandby".
In fact, by clicking on "Deepstandby" you kill the ip (never do that!).
Instead when you click on "Toggle Standby" - and refresh the page - you just restore the display message "Nothing running...", enabling you to watch all channels on VLC.
Anyway, I think they are both "dirty tricks" to be used only in case of urgent necessity: the owner can discover them easily and lock the ip

Here is the command I found:

where "IP" is the db ip and "4" is the powerstate code to "wake up from standby"
